Prior to founding D3 Peter Juran was the Head of Operational Due Diligence at Mariner Investment Group where he designed, built out and led the entire Operational Due Diligence program for Mariner’s multi-billion Asset Allocation; Incubation & Seeding; and Strategic Partnership Platform for over a decade.

Prior to joining Mariner Investment Group, Mr. Juran was a Product Controller within Deutsche Bank’s Global Markets group. Mr. Juran also spent several years at BlackRock Inc., managing some of the firm’s largest fixed income client custodial relationships and creating many process re-engineering improvements to enhance the operating efficiency and productivity of the operations group. Mr. Juran was also a senior member of the Corporate Treasury team at PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLC, managing the firm’s working capital and designing process and control improvements to streamline and automate the department’s workflow. Earlier in his career Mr. Juran worked on the Fed Funds desk at MUFG Bank and was a Financial Researcher at Value Line Inc.
